Holy Nativity Episcopal Church in Jacksonport Dedicates New Parish Hall

On Saturday 13 August 2011, the people of the Episcopal Church of Christ the King and Holy Nativity celebrated the dedication of their new parish hall at Holy Nativity Church in Jacksonport. The church community was founded in 1882 and the present church building witnessed its first services celebrated in 1886. Jameson Hall was blessed and dedicated by Bishop Russell E. Jacobus, Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Fond du Lac, at the celebration of the Eucharist on Saturday 13 August 2011 at 5:00 p.m. A festive reception followed. The new hall, which is dedicated to the greater glory of God, is being named Jameson Hall, in loving memory of Fr. Joseph Jameson, who served as Priest of the church for over thirty years prior to his death in 1938. Jameson Hall, a 1,200 square foot addition to the existing edifice, provides running water and kitchen facilities for the first time, greatly aiding efforts to maintain a year-round presence at Holy Nativity. The building addition was constructed by Keller, Inc. of Kaukauna, and cost $265,000. It was made possible by private donations and memorials given over the past three years.
Holy Nativity Church in Jacksonport has a 125-year history.

The church is located at 3434 County Rd V, Jacksonport.
The parish also operates Christ the King Episcopal Church in Sturgeon Bay, where Holy Eucharist is celebrated every Sunday at 9:30 am.
