Lovely Lab Lady Ella

Our hearts went “crack” when this lovely Lab lady was returned to the Humane Society after being adopted last year. ELLA is back at the shelter through absolutely no fault of her own. Due to deteriorating health, her owner no longer had the mobility to walk a dog so Ella was surrendered. Ella is a big, healthy, shiny-coated and sparkly-eyed girl with all the Labrador Retriever traits that make this breed so perfect for families. She was born in April 2009, so is a young and energetic dog ready for hours of “fetch” time if someone will just throw that darn tennis ball, again and again and ... the kiddie pools at the shelter are a favorite summer place for Ella to hang out with her other dog pals. She is housebroken, with no mistakes reported.
A car ride is an absolute pleasure for Ella, as long as she can stick her head out the window and let the breeze ruffle her ears. When it’s quiet time, Ella understands the commands “lie down” and “take a nap”. She is a lover and when she looks at you with those big brown eyes, you just have to hug her. Of course, Ella is spayed and up to date with vaccinations. If you have been waiting for “the one”, please come meet Ella.
