Peninsula State Park, Fish Creek, (920) 854-5976
Hummingbird Magic. Nature Center.
Eagle Bluff Kayak Tour. Experience a
naturalist-led paddle along Peninsula's incredible coast. Basic paddle
instruction, geology, and park history featured. Weather permitting.
Must pre-register at Nature Center. Ages 16 and younger must be in a
kayak with an adult. Meet at Nicolet Beach Rentals at 9:45 a.m. to pay
$15 rental (plus tax). Sign-up at the Nature Center. 10 a.m. - Noon.

Bike Safety for Families.
Guest speaker Tyler Haack will demonstrate the proper way to fit a
bike helmet, easy bicycle maintenance tips, and cover the rules of the
road for those who love to bike on and off road at Potawatomi State
Park. A limited number of free bicycle helmets will be given out on a
first-come basis. Helmets are courtesy of the Habush, Habush and
Rottier Charitable Trust. Nature center. 6 - 6:30 p.m.

Curious about the Brachiopod Trail? Join
Naturalist Lee Ann Harling to explore the flora and fauna of this
1.5-mile trail. Begin at the nature center for this outdoor adventure. 9
a.m.
Textures of Nature. Explore nature through your fingertips. Drop by the amphitheater to create a texture book of your own. 10 a.m.

Watercolor Nature Workshop.Beginners and
advanced painters will enjoy this workshop blending nature and the art
of water coloring. Artist Elaine Cregan will teach various techniques
and observation skills. Children 9 and up welcome with an adult. Please
register at the park office. A $10 materials fee will be collected at
the workshop. Picnic shelter. 1 - 3 p.m.
Folk Music Concert. Bring the family down for an evening of folk music under the stars with Charlene Orffeo. Amphitheater. 8 p.m.

Drop by the amphitheater to explore the wonders of Wisconsin mammals.
Join the naturalist for this hands-on experience. 10-11 a.m.

and go as you like during this nature craft program for kids. Discover
what wild canines live in Wisconsin and make several crafts. Door
