The Jacksonport Parks Committee will be holding a Benefit Pig Roast in Lakeside Park on Saturday, July 7 from 4:30 - 7:30 pm. The pig roast will be prepared by DC Custom Meats, known for their Door County Pig Roasts.
Tickets for the pig roast can be purchased by the public at the Town Hall during the morning open hours and from several Jacksonport area businesses, including Mike's Port Pub, Bley's Grocery, Mr. G's Logan Creek Grille, JJ's in Jacksonport, Craft Cottage Gifts, and Welsing’s Foodland.
Folks from all of Door County and beyond and visiting guests are invited to attend to help support Lakeside Park improvements. Tickets will also be available at the Sturgeon Bay Farmer's Market and the Jacksonport Farmer's Market at the DC Custom Meats booth. Tickets can also be obtained at the FFA Dairy Breakfast in early July.
Please purchase your tickets now so a count can be established. The
deadline is July 1. Bring your friends and family and enjoy the Benefit Pig Roast on Saturday, July 7 and help with this important fund raising effort.
If you are unable to attend but would like to support the Lakeside Park fundraising effort, your donation can be sent to the Jacksonport Town Clerk, 3365 County Road V, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235. Checks can be made out to Town of Jacksonport with the note “Park Fund”.
